The Splash Plug-in adds a splash screen to a solution.

The Plug-in provides a real Splash screen from within a Servoy application.
There is also an optional border property that defaults to 0 (no border).

There are 4 ways to show a splash:

showImage - Show the splash at the size of the image
showText - Show the splash with the size of the text
show - Show an image with the text relative to the position of the image
showURL - Show the html page

To create a professional splash screen for your solution.
To create a simple wait dialog.

//add the image path, the text with an (optional) background and the position
//of the text relative to the position of the image
//(horizontal and vertical 0 = left/top, 1 = center/center, 2 = right/bottom)

These video's will give you an introduction and simple instructions of how you can start using the Component.

Please do not forget to import the sample solution. You can find the sample solution in servoy_root/solutions/it2be-examples.

The Splash Plug-in and the source code are distributed under the terms of the FreeBSD license.
